You will also be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements that are applicable to My Sweet Lolita. You may review our privacy notice which can be found towards the bottom left hand side of the page under, well, you guessed it, Privacy Notice. ^.~ When communicating with My Sweet Lolita personal (which is currently just me) wether it be email, comment, review, or by phone, you are consenting to recieve either emails or phone calls from My Sweet Lolita from whichever form was used. You agree that any electronically communication (which is all held in writting) and verbal communication (via the phone; each call will not be recorded, but will have a brief writting/note about it) will satisfy any legal requirement. As for copyrights, please do not use my stuff as your's. That includes all my artwork, as well as my products. Because all of it is my property and can be verified as such. Plus, it's just not cool to plagerize. And I can sue you...which I don't really want to do if it can be helped...so, just be a plain old awesome customer. All trademarks of My Sweet Lolita (including the name), www.mysweetlolita.com are mine. So there. Again, don't try to steal my stuff. Otherwise, there will be evil little hamsters with coconuts of doom to throw at you on your door step the following morning. And I warn you, they throw hard. Also, do not use my products, art work, or anything associated to My Sweet Lolita in connection to anything else that isn't My Sweet Lolita as to confuse other customers or discredit My Sweet Lolita in any way. If you would like to use my art work or products or anything of My Sweet Lolita, please provide a letter, email, whatever to me, and I will give you written consent should I approve what it will be used for. Do not forget that My Sweet Lolita is giving you what is called a limited license to access and make somewhat personal use of it's site. Please do not screw that up. This license does not include any resale or commerical use of this site or it's contents. This includes, but is not limited to: Any collections and use of product listing, descriptions and/or prices. Any use of My Sweet Lolita's site and/or contents. Any downloading and/or copying of My Sweet Lolita's account information for the benefit of another merchant by person, computer, robot, space alien, chibi, or llamas, and so on. This site is not to be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or for any other reason exploited for any commericial reason what so ever without my written permission and mine alone. For anything that belongs to My Sweet Lolita, you may not use anything including hidden text of any kind, to take anything, again, without written permission from me. Doing so will allow me to revoke the limited license and permission that I have given you to use My Sweet Lolita's site. You may use My Sweet Lolita to create a hyperlink so long as it does not portray My Sweet Lolita or it's products or services (and I mean it!) in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. As for the account in which you have created, you the customer, are responisble for maintaining that confidentiality of it as well as your password. If you do not restrict the access of your account to your computer than you are agreeing to accept all responsibilities for all of your activities that happen when you are using (or under as the big wigs like to say) your account name and or password. My Sweet Lolita does not make or produce fetish wear or lingerie. However, when cosplaying or doing Ero Loli, outfits may seem a bit skimpy. These items are not for intended for a 18+ use (if you get my drift), but if you are uncomfortable with this, please leave the site. Also, if you feel the need, you may want to monor (or have some involvement with) your child who may be a sprouting teenager, go ahead. I encourage that, just don't smother them. It makes them uncomfortable and makes the experiance of Lolita and cosplay not as much fun, which isn't the idea for either. Only members may post comments, reviews, photos, etc. as long as they aren't illegal (duh), obscene, intrude onto anyone's privacy, threatening (I will have no stalkers on this website...well, unless your stalking someone like Miyavi, Die, or well, anyone hott...just kidding...may-be O.O), defamatory, anything that infringes upon intellectual property rights, and so on. THAT INCLUDES VIRUSES, CHAIN LETTERS, SPAM, OR MASS MAILINGS. THEY ARE ALL JUST ANNOYING AND IF YOU DO IT THERE ARE NO SECOND CHANCES!!! I hold and reserve every right to take down anything of this nature and will do so. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate anyone or "anything' (big wigs use the word 'entity'), or mislead the My Sweet Lolita or any of it's other users in any way. If for some reason you think that My Sweet Lolita has copied your work in any way, please feel free to use contact me at ailey@mysweetlolita.com. Believe it or not, there is what's called a risk of loss. That means any items, products, whatever that is purchase from My Sweet Lolita are made with a shipment contract. So the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. My Sweet Lolita tries really hard to get the product descriptions right, however, I'm not saying that we're "error-free". So, if for any reason you, the customer, feels that is not exactly what you thought it was, email me and I will talk to you about a return if your case is warrented. I will not do exchanges. For those who live in New York, you are subject to New York State tax and this will be added onto to what you purchase. For the rest of you, you're lucky, no tax will be placed on your item. Prices for My Sweet Lolita are set in stone unless for some reason I decide to change them. So that means you cannot haggle me over the prices. The only time my prices can be haggled is when My Sweet Lolita is attending a convention. It will be noted at the booth what times that this can be specifically done if it is not an all day haggle-thing on the last day!Some conventions do it all day, some only for the last few hours before closing on the last day of the convention. Also, please beware, it is also up to the dealer/exhibitor to do this. If you order something, please do so with the mindset that it can take up to two weeks to arrive from the time that your money has cleared into My Sweet Lolita's account. So if you are going to a convention or have an upcoming event such as a tea party, please order in advance. If I am slammed with work and I belive that you will not recieve whatever items you have purchased, I will write you an e-mail explaining why and when I believe you shall recieve your purchased items. If you are looking for a custom outfit or piece, please contact me two months minimum before you need it. These things take time since I currently do them all by hand. If you do not, I cannot be held accountable for your outfit and/or piece making it on time. My Sweet Lolita is not held accountable for any warranties of products and/or services unless it is otherwise noted and it means that if whatever you bought, you screw it up, I am not held accountable for it and will not replace it. I have written that I will take care of anything however that is My Sweet Lolita's fault. However, I do have the right to determine what is My Sweet Lolita's fault. I will do my best to take care of my customers however. New York State Law is what will govern anything legal or illegal as well as the Conditions of Use and any disputes with My Sweet Lolita. Do not forget, My Sweet Lolita has every right at any given time to change it's policies and Conditions of Use, as well as it's website.
